JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Assisting the cross-border transactions, ensuring communication with tax authorities to assist the company in solving tax controversies 
• Coordinating with foreign attorneys and tax advisors to fulfill foreign tax obligations 
• Especially having experience with European Union Tax Considerations will be an asset 
• Coordinating the sales and operations teams to provide financial and technical expertise critical in the development of overall risk management strategy for proposals 
• Overseeing the preparation of internal and external reports for management, auditors, and banks 
• Providing information and advice about international business development and cement marketing and assessing new business opportunities - investigation, researching, modeling, and presenting findings recommending the best course of action 
• Recognizing and assessing competitive advantages for foreign and domestic cement industries 
• Developing strategies in the engineering studies in the cement industry for global expansion while weighing cultural, economic, legal, political, environmental, and technological factors 
• Realizing risk and business analysis: Evaluating potential risk factors based on economic and statistical data in the industry 
• Developing innovative and appropriate financial structures for complex transactions 
• Controlling the monthly financial reporting, financial statement analysis submitted, and current reconciliation account  

WHAT DO WE EXPECT? 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields of reputable universities and have an MBA with a specialization in International Business; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
• Minimum ten years of relevant professional experience in a similar setting & capacity preferred 
• Knowledge of income sourcing rules, permanent establishment issues, withholding planning, treaties, other international tax matters, and accounting systems is required 
• Experience in managing and controlling workflows, processes, and data entry 
• Skilled at building, delivering, and interpreting risk and strategy 
• High skilled in communication and in time management 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required 
• Fluency in other languages such as French, Russian, and Spanish is a plus 
• Having strong leadership skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills 
• Experience in working across cultures 
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team; and to travel both domestically and internationally
