We are looking for project engineer colleagues to be employed in our company that operating in the automotive supplier industry.

• Graduated from the Engineering Faculties of Universities (Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Industrial Engineering)or in related fields,

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, project, sales and quality department,

• Knowledge and experience of IATF 16949 and core tools APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and IMDS,

• Knowledge about proposal, quotation and feasibility,

• Can work customer-oriented,

• Able to think systematically and analytically,

• Self-motivated, advanced communication skills, result oriented.
• Good at planning and business follow-up

• Good at teamwork and has strong communication skills,

• Can adapt to flexible working hours,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the project studies and customer requests regarding orders received.

• To save the approvals received from the customer in accordance with the document management system and inform the relevant units.

• Following the whole process from mold manufacturing to mass production during the new product commissioning process and ensuring communication between the relevant departments.

• To search for the solution of technical problems in the parts that are still in production, also to follow the works to be done outside the company for this solution process.

• To participate in mold and product trials within or outside the firm for the project followed.

• To ensure that PPAP, APQP, FMEA documents are prepared in accordance with IATF.

• Preparation of project proposals, presentations and follow-up to all related subject regarding with the customer, and also finalization,

• Organizing and preparing the prototype, preliminary series trials, mass production trials,

• To paricipate customer and system audits and doing the necessary work.

• In brief, it is to carry out all processes from the planning stage of the project until the mass production.

• Understands all customer requirements for the project, communicates them to the team, and ensures that the team meets or exceeds them

• Authorizes and controls changes in the program affecting the agreed to targets and/or objectives
