Job Description

Danfoss has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sales Director in Turkey within Danfoss Cooling segment. You will be responsible for the team of 13 colleagues through team management, planning, conducting and managing the defined activities aimed at achieving the approved objectives and will be reporting to TMA regional Cooling head. The role is responsible for the definition and implementation of the regional product portfolio strategy in accordance with the global strategy and translates the regional strategy into operational sales plans. This position holds a strong strategic impact to the continued success in the regional market.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have an Engineering Degree with business management qualification, financial ability or finance qualification and 10 to 15 years sales experience preferably in a similar (HVAC, cooling) industry. You should also have strong experience in technical sales and driving the business. In addition, you are: 

·         Familiar with all functional activities of building and developing technical sales and driving a sales team towards a designated goal

·         Strong leader with ability to manage and develop young team

·         Good at business understanding, highlighting the link between strategy, the operation and the organizational development

·         Fluent in Turkish and English language
