About YouTo be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:
- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
- 4-5 years functional experience within Sales (Account management experience is a must, Field experience is an asset)
- MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
- Selling capability / negotiations
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills

About the JobAs National Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through defining & executing account plans to deliver profitable channel growth.
In the context of your job, you will report to National Key Account Channel Manager and be directly responsible from the following:
- Manage accounts’ (Migros&Carrefour) sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, plan & sell new product launches on time
- Understand customer work processes, build strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
- Plan and implement promotions and insert activities within the customer budget and make pre&post analysis for these activities
- Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
- Coordinate and follow field operations to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue
- Follow up goals: Sales, shelf share, secondary display, planogram, availability, penetration
- Work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain Teams
- Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action
