HR Executive (Operations)

As Human Resources Executive (Operations) you will be responsible for managing the HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Determine the best sustainable HR strategy and means to fulfil business needs. Come & join us to change people’s life & work for their health.

About you
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• University Degree from a reputable university
• At least 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Fluent in English
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
• Strong capabilities about especially in management of employee relations, payroll and administrative affairs
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects within the same timeframe
• Proven track on successful cross functional working environment

About the job
In the context of your job, you will report to HR Director and be directly responsible from the following topics:

• Determine the best sustainable HR strategy and means to fulfil business needs
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
