Danone Dairy Turkey is looking for a Export Lead who will be able to work with a strong desire for development and execution of our sales strategy.In the context of your job, you will report to the Sales Development Manager.Come & join us and you will be part of our talented team that are proud of Danone's great mission!

• Present the products in overseas target markets
• Make market research, to create new markets, to visit new potential clients in order to cooperate them
• Make regular field visits to understand and analyse trends of the local market for the category
• Proceed and develop relations with ongoing customers
• Examine the exist markets and create new strategy and tactics in order to increase sales
• Identify new business opportunities
• Join the exhibitions and business trips
• Follow and be aware of competitors and markets
• Realize the export deliveries with optimum cost
• Support distributors in regular sales and distribution operations

• Bachelor' degree from a reputable university, MBA is an asset
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in Sales/Distribution in FMCG sector
• Experience in people management
• Business and results oriented with proven negotiation skills
• Able to identify new sales opportunities (new customers, new channels, new segments)
• Capacity to deal with regular reporting and administrative work 
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Have no obstacle to travel
