In this role you will;

• Will work with temporary contract (9 - 12 months)
• Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders to identify and resolve critical issues, applying necessary HR strategies and take related actions according to business needs
• Consult business leaders and employees about all common HR Processes (talent & performance management, succession planning, change management, organizational development, training and compensation)
• Taking an active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes
• Working in close collaboration with HR Business Service teams with one HR approach and responds to business line accordingly
• Provide expert advice

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• 5+ years of relevant HRBP/ Generalist experience
• High level of English proficiency
• Effective team-player
• Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Flexibility in approaching work situations
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects within the same timeframe
• Proven track on successful cross functional working environment
• Residing / able to reside in Lüleburgaz
