Danone Turkey is looking for "Assistant Brand Manager" to contribute to the growth ofAptamil brand by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth, brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
About You
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:
• Strong business mindset, analytical thinking and good communication skill
• Passion to growth and strong time management skill, ability to work in multiple projects.
• Ability to understand con sumer, customer and market insights to develop creative and innovative solutions
• Open-minded, conceptual and creativite thinking, result oriented
• Team player, dynamic & hard working with enthusiasm, innovative person with effective communication skills
• University degree in a relevant discipline, MBA is an asset
• Preferably 2-3 year marketing experience in a FMCG company
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
About The Job
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have full accountability in defining brand's growth strategy including innovation, communication and in-market activations by assisting the Group Brand Manager.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to boost mental availability
• Identify new business opportunities with data driven mindset for Core Milks category
• Develop creative communication materials based on consumer insights and trends
• Closely cooperate with global and cross-functional stakeholders (Consumer & Channel Development, Medical, Finance, Strategy & Insight, Digital etc) and partner with agencies on the strategy, innovation, and marketing plans to build a broader business strategy together
• Contribute to the mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your market & category knowledge
• Lead effective portfolio prioritization and resource allocation across a set of markets to maximize profitability
• Effectively manage budget to maximize working media budget ratio
