As the Assistant Category Development Executive, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through close business partnering and continuous collaboration with Sales & Marketing and Finance department. Are you ready to drive the performance?

In this role you will;

• To implementing Trade Marketing strategy and develop a category vision in line with business plans
• To do Nielsen market analysis and finding opportunities to growth for channels.
• Determining the strategy of sales activities and campaigns, implementing, monitoring and reporting the results
• To ensure alignment across the Sales, Marketing, Production, Demand Planning departments and externally with third parties and agencies on field sales needs and marketing initiatives
• Supporting of new product launches and channel activities. Tracking post performance and contributing to strategy
• Plans all the field application of brands and categories responsible for and analyses all the results obtained from applied plans and reports them
• Following and manages the trade marketing budget and reports it regularly

Which are the key accountabilities?

• Creation of Channel Based Activity Grid
• Category Management
• Regular field visits
• Plan, Create, Execute company and channel KPI's
• TOT & POP Budget Management

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales or Trade Marketing in FMCG sector
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prefeably,having experience in Nielsen
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
