As a Brand Manager, you will have full accountability in defining brand's growth strategy including innovation, communication and in-market activations, by assisting Head of Marketing. Are you ready to change people's life & work for their health?

In this role you will/will be;

• Ensuring a clear & deep understanding of consumers & market
• Establishing the brand's growth strategy & plans accordingly
• Driving excellent execution of the agreed support plan
• Leading innovation & renovation projects with the cross-functional team
• Proactive acting on the brand performance and eager to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have/be;

• University degree, preferably from a reputable university
• Preferably min. 4-5 years marketing experience in FMCG companies
• Strong self-motivation & bias for action
• High level of consumer & customer focus
• Strong analytical thinking
• Problem solving & growth mindset
• Multitasking & high level of accountability
• A good team player & leadership skills
• Excellent communication in English
