Budget and Controlling Executive (Industrial)

Danone Turkey is looking for ''Budget and Controlling Executive (Industrial)''  to operations team by providing detailed analysis related to direct and indirect production cost and KPIs for all factories and tracking current situation in the country.

In this role, you will; 

• Being a business partner to operations team by providing detailed analysis related to direct and indirect production cost and KPIs for all factories and tracking current situation in the country
• Manage rolling forecast process for detailed cost breakdown by close working with Operations team, challenge and build forecast accuracy
• Involve in monthly closing process; ensuring costing run properly for all industrial cost and all accruals booked
• Provide detaied variance analysis between actuals vs forecast &, obtaining valid explanations for variances from operations team and challenge for mitigation plan by sharing detailed financial amd analysis outputs
• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review and track proposed savings
• Continuously identify, design and implement improvements in processes leveraging technology and data
• Manage and challenge capital expenditures by preparing payback and ROI analysis in close collaboration with operations team and make pre-post analysis and share with all stakeholders
• Being a business partner to Global team by providing detailed analysis for plants and tracking by projects regarding to working close with Plant Managers and global controllers
• Manage rolling forecast process as 360 role which means provide alignment with operations & purchasing team, checking with accounting team, inform to FCF team for accurate BS/P&L tracking
• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review and track proposed savings

To be able to successful in the role, you need to; 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions
• Accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset
• Financial controlling experience is required / FMCG experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships
