As Business Systems Analyst you are responsible for transforming experiences & journeys of consumers, customers, employees and partners. In the context of your job, you will report to GS-HR Solutions Senior Analyst in IT Department.

In this role you will / will be:

• Manage IT & Data projects
• Apply project methodologies to achieve on time, on budget and on scope project delivery
• Closely work with solution providers to ensure on time delivery with expected functionality and quality
• Monitor support activities, keeping agreed IT & Data service levels cooperating with HUB teams
• Increase service management tool usage
• Adapt SAP ERP modules in line with business requirements
• Provide and permanently develop system and process knowledge
• Ensure documentation and trainings are complete. Foster key user and end user ownership
• Analyze existing systems in local or global markets and suggest development ideas, innovations which will increase efficiency and add business value

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have / be:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MIS
• 5 years of working experience in SAP Financial Accounting
• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing
• SAP Human Resources experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate well
• Good planning and negotiation skills
• Proactive and team player
• Open to experience new technology solutions
• Able to or willing to reside in Istanbul
