As Customer Service Specialist, you will play an important role in managing of everything that goes towards making a product and getting it to consumers.

In this role you will / will be;

• Manage orders from beginning to end for related customers
• Deal with customer order related issues or problems by communicating internal & external stakeholders
• Check stock-out /availability or credit limit issues and alert the system if needed
• Liaise between the customer and Danone for order and order fulfilment related issues
• Optimize order lead times of customer and to drive supply chain productivity agenda
• Ensuring robust and effective order processing methods as well as development of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with the clients
• Ensuring effective follow-ups customer logistic conditions
• Review weekly and monthly service level with the customers and clarify and align reason codes of losses
• Set up and maintain customer master data for both existing and new customers. 

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have/be;

• Bachelor's degree from a university
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English
• Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience in SAP (preferred)
• Have a knowledge of FMCG distribution models is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems quickly, excellent time management, proactive
• Team player, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is plus
