Danone Dairy Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Discounter Key Account Executive" position. Take this  opportunity to GROW together!

As Discounter Key Account Executive, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through defining & executing account plans and projects to deliver profitable channel growth. In the context of your job, you will report to Discounter Channel Manager.

In this role will;

• Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, plan & sell
• Will be responsible for the management of Metro, BTT, BİM and A101 accounts
• New product launches on time
• Follow the projects and coordinate with other departments
• Understand customer work processes, build strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts
• Explore category growth opportunities, conduct frequent market visits to identify in-store execution opportunities
• Coordinate and follow field operations to ensure communicated opportunities are turned into actions and revenue
• Work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Marketing,Finance and Supply Chain Teams
• Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• University degree
• 3-4 years functional experience within Sales (Account management experience is a must)
• MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
• Selling Capability / Negotiations / Project Tracking
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
