General Secretary (Gs) Assistant

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "General Secretary Assistant" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will;

• Coordinate all agenda items between the GS Director and external/internal stakeholders, mainly with public and private entities, NGOs, industry associations, etc., to make best use of his/her time
• Manage external/internal appointments/schedules and make travel arrangements by following Danone policies
• Organize and attend - when necessary, meetings/events that have been initiated by the General Secretary for flawless execution. Record and share minutes/actions, facilitate follow ups
• Provide support for information flow at GS Function
• Answer telephones and take messages from external or internal sources as Danone representative so that callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately. Execute timely follow ups.
• Handle confidential information and maintain the security of GS records and files
• Gather/compile information and prepare documents for GS Director to use in meetings such as presentations, reports, etc.
• Manage functional budget items

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• University or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is a must
• Effective communication skills
• Planning and organizing skills
