Indirect Procurement Specialist

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Indirect Procurement Specialist" position.

In this role you will / will be:

• Support 3 Danone CBU (EDP&SN&Waters) and 6 factories in common goals for INDIRECT SPENDS in Industrial&Capex Category
• Drive Alignment with global / regional stakeholder on procurement strategies and lead execution on respective site tactics to achieve Lower Total Cost of Ownership
• Manage materials and services sourcing strategies, in collaboration with Business Units such as R&D, Operation , including plant managers
• Support proffesional services sourcing category on admin related tasks for 6 plants
• Establish global supplier network to achieve business objectives,
• Supplier Contracts Tracking and SAP reporting
• Able to prepare and assess business case& feasibility reports
• Support key compliance metrics (SAP related PO supporting doc.s, GR & Proof of delivery, Process, Company Essentials, Masterdata, Internal Control and OHS rules)
• Perfect PO & P2P KPIs follow up
• Manage and improve Digitalization projects (e-procurement tools enhancement, e-tendering and catalogue buying etc., preferably PROMENA)

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

• Bachelor Degree preferably in engineering, with experiences of Industrial and Capital Equipment investment purchases
• Experience working in High volume production environment and handle process productivity project.
• Strong SAP Background. Systematic, Well-Organised and Meticulous in detail.
• High sense of urgency, Good with Microsoft Office Application Knowledge
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• No travelling restriction (domestic and international)
