As Logistics Operation Executive, you will play an important role in management of transportation operation and budget and modeling optimum R2M strategy and WoW and KPI setting and tracking for 3PL Company. In the context of your job, you will report to Transportation Operations Manager in Supply Chain Department.

In this role you will/be;

• Planning of transportation operation, delivery planning of orders according to defined parameters
• Modeling optimum logistics flow from main DC to the delivery points / R2M Modeling
• Management of 8 platform(x-dock) operations which are located in Istanbul (2), Bursa, Sakarya, İzmit, Ankara, İzmir and Antalya
• Control and optimize logistics flow from main DC to Platform
• Track and manage utilization of in-city trucks
• Optimize in-city routing
• Budget management
• Developing & tracking current KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) which is related with Transportation Budget
• Management of Logistics Provider in terms of capability, KPI and expected productivity
• Manage transportation operation with a a holistic perspective and use all synergy, order planning, x-functional logistics flow possibilities to achieve expected productivity KPI's
• Data collection and analyze of transportation
• Budget management / Monthly rolling forecast and bridging the actual to be able to take actions for rest of year
• Take pro-active role in possible customer delivery problems and have a mindset of setting sustainable solutions

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have/be;

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of Logistics experience / Transportation experience is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP modules and related optimization programs & tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to lead change and transformation
• Very good command of English / No travel restriction
• Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility
