Marketing Controlling Specialist

In this role you will; 

• Being key business partner to marketing teams by closely collaborating with them and managing all controlling & reporting activities of Danone Turkey
• Supporting actualization, rolling forecast and KPI tracking processes for marketing budgets
• Analyzing and explaining key drivers for variances vs. last year/month and vs. budget/forecast
• Working closely with commercial teams and following up budget forecast data
• Consolidating rolling forecast files and maintaining RPA files
• Submitting periodic reporting to financial systems
• Performing closure activities in line with global policies & guidelines
• Following up PO processes (PO/PR approvals, good receipts, open POs, PoD controlling)
• Ensuring compliance to financial controlling scope of internal control framework
• Preparing and maintaining budget analysis files, marketing budgets of brand P&Ls and ad-hoc studies
• Using actively UiPath orchestrator, triggering process and monitoring logs
• Identifying automation opportunities of financial reporting
• Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of data quality and accuracy

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Minimum 1 year of Budgeting/Planning/Controlling experience in Finance Department
• Interested to work with digital systems / tools
• FMCG experience is preferable
• Excellent command of English
• SAP knowledge is preferable
• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• MS Office knowledge is a must
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in business relations management
• Curious and open to learn & share
• Interest/knowledge in RPA will be a plus
