QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Organizational Development Executive, you will be directly reporting to Head of OD as well as OD Manager. The organization has 3 FTEs for 2022.
In this role you will;
Organizational Development
- To contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of corporate people and organizational development strategies, programs, and policies
- To work on the development of innovative OD and development projects, initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
- To support organizational needs analysis and the development of appropriate plans to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge, and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the Company
- To take part in new ways of working (agile transformation) studies
- To prepare and contribute to the development of monthly reports, HR key metrics analysis to management team
- To make prepared & updated the organizational charts and job descriptions
- To use HR IT Systems for different organizational analyses and ensuring organizational data is correct on the systems
- To search benchmarks and best practices to feed organizational change needs
- To foresee and control functional non-people budget for the whole year
Culture & Engagement
- To support to design, develop and implement company-wide culture strategies according to needs
- To take part in current and future state culture review and assessment, identification of strengths and gaps and drivers to develop the culture within the Company's unique context.
- To define an overall approach and follow up the implementation of wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives, proximity
- To coordinate annual engagement survey including full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives, leader/team capability development and ongoing monitoring of engagement and focused actions in response engagement experiences and feedback.
- To search benchmarks for culture and employee engagement / ex
- To align and cooperate with corporate communications teams for internal communication strategy and studies
- To brief and lead communications agency in all functional projects
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have/be;
- Minimum 3-4 years profound HR experience, preferably in OD, culture and engagement related positions
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in HR or related field
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in English
- Good written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Growth mindset, sense of curiosity, and dedication to the team's success

- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
