Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Quality Assurance Executive (Lüleburgaz)" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will;

• Managing the systems with compatibility according to the Danone Global Standards of Quality Assurance & Food Safety and Ministry of Health
• Working with and coordinating the factory team to comply the local regulation on FSPM and Medical Nutrition GMP Guideline
• Implementing all GMP requirements in scope of Medical Nutrition
• Developing the Validation and verification system and planning, coordinating and following the actions
• For the new product development processes, coordinate the R&I team for food safety risk analyses

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Bachelor’s degree in areas of Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in Food/Chemical Industry or Medical Industry at the departments of Quality Assurance, Research and Development (preferably dairy industry) etc.
• Good Knowledge of the FSSC 22000 & ISO 22000 & ISO 22002-1 & Medical Nutrition GMP & ISO 17025, GMP & Hygiene, Integrated Pest Management, HACCP, Traceability, Medical Nutrition Validation - Verification, Risk analyses
• Managing internal and external audits, Leading and managing HACCP, maintaining GMP culture, trainings about GMP requirements, Periodic controls of Site Master File,
• Following all updates and requirements of Ministry of Health, Implementing and documenting the CAPA plans,
• Good knowledge and management skills of Mould & Foreign matter & Food Defense & Food Fraud & Allergen
• Providing support for team development and business results
• Being able to lead a team by taking responsibilities for desired results
• Advanced level of English both written and verbal
• Being able to reside in Lüleburgaz
