Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

• Graduated from reputable universities Food Engineering department.
  
• Long term R&D Internship or 1 year experience is a plus
  
• Willingness to learn new things & curiosity
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
  
• Analytical thinking / Positive approach / Can-do attitude
  
• Hard working and high level of responsibility
  
• Being able to understand the food related topics, namely ingredients, process and quality
  
• Good data analysis & number crunching skills
  

Job Description

Supporting all product development projects under adult brands portfolio inline with our project management methodology from idea generation to launch phase:

• Preparing lab samples & organising product tastings
  
• Preparing the product specifications and checking group specifications to apply the best practices and research continuously
  
• Managing industrial trials in Lüleburgaz plant (organising the trials with industrial team and attending the trials)
  
• Working closely with brand teams; understanding brand strategies and needs and proposing relevant research solutions to them and co-leading product projects w/ Marketing Team
  
• Following project timings; keep realistic timings & prioritisation
  
• Connects and builds valuable relationships inside&outside
  
• Developing innovative, affordable, profitable, healthy, safe and delicious products that are the most preferred by consumers and have the highest market share after onboarding
