Supply Planning Executive

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Supply Planning Executive" position.

As a " Supply Planning Executive" you will be responsible for coordinating supply & production planning operations of Nutricia Turkey, executing day to day operations to meet the customers' demand on time and providing necessary analyses.

In this role you will / will be:

• Responsible for inventory planning and reporting, ensure proper inventory management to meet sales forecast on time.
• Coordinating supply plans from 4 intercompany supply units, managing capacity constraints
• Coordinating and planning production for local production of Medical portfolio
• Plan and prioritize productions to ensure maximum performance and optimum stock levels
• Determine the raw & pack materials and for the production process and to ensure everything is in place for production
• Regular collaboration and alignment with manufacturing team
• Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target
• Proactively identifying potential slow mover inventory, providing visibility in excess inventory by root cause analysis and following up necessary actions to deplete the excess inventory
• Track write off data and makes sure all actions are in place for depletion
• Leading weekly/monthly SP collaboration calls with structured agenda
• Responsible for service levels by collaborating with the factories to track and improve service level
• Working on reducing inventory target levels based on improvements on lead times
• Reporting and tracking productions plans (PSL) of factories

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

• University degree in engineering or business administration
• Min 3 years of experience in supply chain
• Excellent command of English
• Expert level of MS Office
• SAP Knowledge is preferred
• Result-focused, pro-active, creative and ambitious
• Excellent operation management skills
• Strong communication & collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
