Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for "Talent Attractivenes Executive" position. You will develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top talents in market! In this role you will;

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools
• Identify and choose effective recruitment tools in accordance with levels to ensure right selections
• Identify candidates (headhunting, screening applications, utilizing multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee recommendations, unlocking internal and external networking and organization mapping)
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
• Lead & contribute to projects to continue to drive the function forwards such as recruitment excellence & upskilling of people managers to manage recruitment themselves
• Gather market insights and trends and feed into the talent team and business as required
• Run monthly recruitment metrics, reporting and TA related vendor management
• Assess recruitment efficiency regularly and finding the right solutions for improvement
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Ensure all appropriate candidate checks are in place

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources), Master's in HR discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years professional, related experience as a TA Advisor/Partner with organizations that operate with high velocity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across the organization
• Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity, manage multiple projects through completion on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong creativity, imaginative and solution focused mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation skills
