Trade Marketing Manager

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for "Trade Marketing Manager" position. As Trade Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through defining strategies and plans to deliver channel growth, shopper and customer requirements for traditional trade.

In the context of your job, you will report to Head of Trade Marketing & Category Management and be directly responsible from the following with the assistance of your direct reports:

• Creating and leading trade marketing (Traditional Trade) strategies and communicating this to the marketing/sales teams leading category development projects
• Support the development of effective category strategies
• Work with functional departments to create and implement tailored recommendations for channel's specific needs
• Closely monitor financial performance of the categories and find out further opportunities to strengthen business growth, as well as control of annual budgets
• Ensure strong plans in traditional trade KPI's that are in place and well executed
• Follow up the commercial investments execution for better return of investment
• Closely track and analyse promotion / POS effectiveness and provide measures accordingly
• Implement NPD positioning and launches in field, answering the needs of customers
• Plan, create, execute, set KPI, track TOT materials and content in line with marketing strategy and regional needs

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Min 5 years experience in sales, min 2 year experience in trade marketin in FMCG
• Strong people management experience and leadership skills with a vision to inspire and influence those around you
• Strong change management perspective to manage processes and build up and review as well as implementations
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• High leadership skills to manage the team , peers & subordinates effectively
• Ambition to drive and create succesfull results
• Result oriented business focus through commitment and enthusiasm
