Financial Reporting Assistant

We are looking for a “Financial Reporting Asistant” who will be responsible for an active role in ensuring the compliance of all financial reporting with the accounting records and with the reporting rules (management and statutory), ensuring that all financial reporting are submitted on time and in full (management and statutory), reporting all accounting information necessary for local regulations (i.e. tax and legal requirements...).

About the Job:

In the context of your job, you will report to Financial Reporting Manager and be responsible from the following requirements;

• Take an active role in ensuring that the financial reporting processes are compliant with the group core model and with the local rules 

• Ensure the application of reporting instructions circulated by the Group consolidation team 

• Support on ensuring that all financial information reported is strictly in line with the accounting records 

• Support on reporting the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time 

• Ensure that the monthly reporting (AR1, AR2 and AR3) and bi-annual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the CBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission 

• Prepare the financial statements for local / legal requirements (i.e. Pension trustees, minority shareholders, etc.) 

 • Support the CBUs in reporting financial forecast to the Group (Strat plan, RF1, etc.) 

• Contribute to finance projects as appropriate 

• Support on internal control system in the reporting process  

About You:  

• University Degree 

• Fluent in English 

• Max 1 year experience in financial reporting ( IFRS and statutory ), budget or planning area 

• Audit background would be an asset 

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams 

• Strong communication skills 

• Result oriented with solid analytical skills 

• Proactive and multitask oriented 

• Displays resilience, determination and flexibility
