About you
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to:

• Have proven capability to lead projects and people effectively
• Preferably min 4 years marketing experience in FMCG companies
• Have ability to influence others to get your ideas and projects on their agendas
• Be a team player that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organization

About the job
As a Brand Manager, you will drive the growth of the category leading a high potential, young team. Based on a through understanding of the consumer and other dimensions, you will contribute to strategy development and execute the annual plans by;

• Ensuring a clear understanding of the drivers and inhibitors of the brand's performance
• Owning and driving the brand P&L to deliver against challenging financial growth objectives
• Driving excellent execution of the agreed support plan
• Leading innovation & renovation projects with the cross-functional team
• Helping to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth
• Continuously delivering the Hero/Hub/Help content of the brand
