QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an industry leading Turkish company, Dardanel Group of Companies is engaged in the production and marketing of canned tuna and other canned fish, frozen seafood, fish flour, canned and frozen fruits and vegetables, frozen pastry, frozen ready-made food products and pet food since 1984 in Turkey, we seek for an "International Sales Executive-Branded" to be employed in the headquarters of our company located in Sarıyer.

Short job definition related to the position and the qualifications which must be met by successful candidates are as the following:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

To apply for this position, applicants should also have the following qualifications/skills:

·        Bachelor's Degree in related fields,

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in export operations in Food and FMCG industries is preferred,

·        Experienced in new market and customer acquisition researches,

·        Excellent command of English and preferably Arabic,

·        Having ability of analytical thinking and strong communication skills,

·        Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office,

·        Having no restriction to travel.

JOB DEFINITION

·        Creating sales and marketing plans for target markets in line with the international strategy approved by the company management,

·        Analysing competitors and categories, determining capable distributor candidates, and negotiating working conditions in starting business in new countries,

·        Coordinating new product development projects for target markets and categories,

·        Identifying gaps in the market and working closely with R&D and marketing teams to develop new products to meet the customer demand,

·        Creating annual sales plans with customers, following up on end-to-end export processes in line with company supply chain processes to realize sales targets,

·        Monitoring sales results compared to the sales targets, investigating the reasons for deviations, if any, reporting them and offering solutions,

·        Carrying out market-specific pricing studies in line with the competition conditions in the target market,

·        Develop and lead an annual activation calendar encircling all BTL activations, including promotional programs and incentives and ensuring the availability of the products within the territory,

·        Ensuring on time payments of the customers in the area of responsibility,
