Export Department After Sales Engineer Tech Support

we are looking for a new team member to join our Export Department.

You will be resposible to bear full scope of after sales service and offer outstanding tecchnical support for our customers abroad.

English Language is the key, so your English must be fluent, and we mean fluent.

Any experience in HVAC is an asset, though not a must.

Required qualifications:

Full proficiency in English, spoken and written.

Engineering background

HVACR experience is desirable

Be ready to work under pressure and with flexible working hours 

Have no restriction to travel abroad 

No military obligation

GASSERO EXPORT OPERATIONS AND AFTER SALE

We are looking for a new team member to join our Export Department. You will be responsible for operations related to all our export activities, export formalities, shipping, keeping an eye on orders and inform clients in due course. You will handle follow up all orders as of the moment the order is placed to production till the moment order is shipped offering outstanding service to our export clients. Engineering background is an asset as we may look forward to add after sales/tech support function in the long term. English language is the key, so your English must be fluent and we mean fluent.

Required qualifications:

 -  University degree in engineering (preferred)  

-  Full proficiency in English spoken and written is a must. Candidates with less than fluent English will be rejected.

-  Previous experience handling orders and operations, knowledge of export formalities, logistics and Incoterms.

-  Be ready to work under pressure and flexible working hours 

-  Proficiency in MS Office applications and LOGO ERP programs

-  To reside in Istanbul Asian side (in/near Tuzla preferred) or willing to relocate 

-  No military obligation for male candidates
