As we expand our operations in the beautiful city of Antalya, we're actively looking for dynamic individuals to join our Patient Coordinator team. This role involves a range of responsibilities crucial to our commitment to providing outstanding service experiences to our patients. As a Patient Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

•            Engaging with patients face-to-face regarding their needs and treatment options

•            Serving as the primary point of contact for patient queries within the clinic

•            Establishing caring yet professional relationships with patients, providing assistance and support

•            Facilitating clear communication between patients and clinic personnel

•            Maintaining accurate patient documentation and ensuring clear understanding

•            Coordinating scheduled patient appointments and transfers

•            Supporting and addressing patient requests by liaising with different departments

•            Ensuring all aspects of patient care, including communication, service quality, safety, and documentation, are accounted for

•            Proactively addressing and solving potential issues when necessary

•            Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards.

•            Maintaining treatment rooms to requisite standards and reporting any issues to the Clinic Operations Team Leader

•            Demonstrating a high degree of emotional management, particularly in stressful situations

•            Upholding the highest standards of service to patients in accordance with company policies

•     Have effective verbal and written communication skills in English

•     Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and appearance

•     Ability to demonstrate respect and be polite and courteous to patients, guests, and co-workers alike

•     Is able to work 6 days a week as part of a shift schedule

•     Is a team player

•     Is able to multi-task, identify potential problems and propose solutions

•     Is able to demonstrate a high degree of emotional management

•     Have active listening skills

•     Detail orientated ensuring records are accurate

•     Have a positive, energetic attitude for a fast-paced environment

•     Have good interpersonal skills and self-confidence

•     A self-starter with a natural motivation to start and complete tasks?

 Candidates who will apply: to graduate from at least one of the departments / programmes / faculties of "Language literature / culture / teaching / translation and interpreting" related to the relevant language or to have a foreign language certificate at least at the B2 Level (YDS) at least (D) Level from TÖMER Health Tourism Language Proficiency Examination, YDS (D) equivalent according to the criteria determined by (ÖSYM), will be the reason for preference.
