In the Finance department of Decathlon Turkey, we are looking for an analytical, talented, and bright"Financial Controller” to join our retail division and support our stores' performances.
You will be responsible for controlling the financial statements of retail activities and you will play a key role in the achievement of our economical targets and generation of value for our stakeholders.

Who are you?
What are we looking for?
A teammate who;
Has 2+ years of working experience in finance controlling.
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business and Administration
Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
Has a good eye for details
Is a quick learner, well organized and multi-task
Is good at decision making
Is creative and open-minded
Is customer and business-oriented
Is good at data interpretation and able to work with data & tools
What are your responsibilities?
Ensure accurate data to support the decision-making process.
Propose and define the “KPI”, measuring the performances, alert when necessary, and conduct the corrective actions.
Take the lead on projects within the financial department.
Ensure that all accounting records in your P&L reflect precisely the business reality.
Control & validate monthly realized figures and alert when necessary
Be aware of the economic and commercial context and adapt your activity accordingly.
Become an active player to increase the economic performance of the company.
Inspire and spread the culture of performance and measure
Develop efficient solutions to improve procedures and automation.
Guarantee the respect of commitments and catch the opportunities for acceleration.
