- I ensure the quality and the safety of the products I am in charge of with sustainable customer satisfaction on mind
- I manage suppliers on quality process improvement.
- I manage and validate products’ quality at launch and in production.
- I support the improvement sustainable development through managing the suppliers on environment and human responsibility in production.
 
PURCHASE 
- I deploy the worldwide purchase policy in my area.
- Daily, I manage the relation with the suppliers for the benefit of the best cost / supply / quality ratio
- I build sustainable relations with our industrial partners and I manage sourcing activities to develop future supplier panel.
 
DEVELOPMENTS & INDUSTRIALIZATION
- I evaluate subcontractor’s industrial processes performances.
- I develop and industrialize products ensuring manufacturing process stability and reliability.
- I manage and validate production by ensuring compliance with process requirements.
 
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- I propose solutions to reduce the cost of manufacturing.
- I support and manage continuous improvement and LEAN effort in partners I am in charge off.
- I know how to evaluate industrial performance indicators on the field.
- Along with factory teams, I build and support the development plan.
 
SUPPLY
- I animate industrial partners on supply indicators.
- I ensure the right capacity management according to DECATHLON needs.
- I ensure that the right quantities of products are available in store at the right time, the right place, at the right price.
