Decathlon Turkey is making the sport accessible to the many through the 38 stores and the online business. 

To accompany this growing, high paced dynamic environment of Decathlon Turkey, we are now looking for our new Retail Supplier to join the Supply Chain Team!

What are we looking for?

 A teammate who; 

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in related departments, 
• Is fluent in English, written and spoken, 
• Demonstrates a sense of responsibility: decisions have direct repercussions on our customers, therefore on profitability, 
• Has a sense of pragmatic analysis, 
• Has good communication skills, 
• Has preferably a retail or supply work experience, 
• Is customer-oriented, 
• Is good at decision making, 
• Is adaptable to changes, 
• Is eager to learn and improve, 
• Is motivated to build her/his career and grow in a unique culture to make sports available to the many!   

What are your responsibilities?

• Manage different brands of Decathlon, 
• Demand and supply planning and forecasting, 
• Ensure a solid stock availability rate in warehouse & stores, 
• Select the "product range" to be sold in Turkey following trends and market structure, 
• Execute of country stock monitoring/domestic (re-)allocation of stocks, 
• Stock level and stock lifetime, margin and T/O forecast analysis through the use of SAP (SAP knowledge is a plus), 
• Manage the pricing, stock monitoring, product identity modification, product order flow, and availability on a daily basis through SAP, 
• Communicate with domestic producers and international suppliers, 
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports in coordination with the commercial team to boost sales in stores.
