Qualifications,
- Bachelor’s degree in textile, fashion design or relative fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Following world fashion trends closely
- Improved planning and organization skills
- Improved analytical thinking, being practical and solution-oriented
- Having good command of English
- Completed military service for male applicants
- No obstacle for travels
Basic Functions,
- Develop suitable fits to optimize customer experience.
- Research and development for new fits and amendments with competitors and market intelligence. Present outputs and findings to Garment and Business Unit.
- Interface with customers to understand improvements. Regular store visits to understand customer expectations and their reactions. Creating surveys with CEM department.
- Translate style & design sensibility to commercial product.
- Training and developing suppliers about smart fits.
- Working closely with Garment Technologists.
Preferred Candidate
More than 5 years of experience
