Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions,
• Good knowledge of management accounting and reporting standards,
• Having experience in one of planning systems (BPC, EPM) and/or Power BI is a big asset,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge; SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross functional relationships,
• Adherence to a specific process and facilitate requests to meet specific deadlines through effective time management,
• Ability to bring creativity to the position while striving for continuous improvement.

Basic Functions

• Focus on digitalization of reporting and controlling processes,
• Preparing monthly management reports through the SAP-BPC reporting system, 
• Supporting monthly closing activities,
• Performing financial and operational analysis in budgets and actuals by preparing sensitivity, variance and bridge analysis,
• Ensuring the accurate planning processes; including forecasts, budgets, business planning, etc,
• Preparing value added analysis and feasibility reports for top management, 
• Supporting related departments as Finance Business Partner,
• Preparing analyzes and presentations for Ad-hoc requests.
