Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Business or Engineering departments of universities
- Experience in determining, measuring, and reporting critical performance indicators on unit basis in project management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields or business development, financial analysis fields
- Thinking analytically, prone to teamwork, working regularly and in an organized manner
- Creative, curious, open to change & development and good communication skills
- Open to research and learning new technologies and methodologies
- Relationship management, planning and coordination skills are strong
- Having strong reporting and analysis skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to use industry analysis, business model evaluation, financial forecasting to gain strategic insight and inform executive decision making
- Data-driven decision making
Responsibilities:
- Taking part in the formation of company strategy and focus areas, determining strategic goals and criteria, monitoring and encouraging the reduction of these plans to functions and individuals
- Observing and following up the connection of company strategies with the company vision, monitoring the compliance of the decisions taken in the company with the strategic goals and projects
- Presenting world trends, competitor, and customer analysis to critical stakeholders within the company
- Supporting the management of company strategies by planning strategy meetings, structuring the change agenda and strategy maps
- Taking an active role in project and process development studies with the teams we support
- Coordination and communication with critical business units in line with the company's strategic priorities, close monitoring of important / prioritized actions / issues
- Periodic follow-up of the strategic targets within the company, guiding / encouraging / aligning the relevant parties in the process and action plans that need to be accelerated, making the necessary coordination and organization
- Undertaking the coordination role in the inclusion of the necessary parties in the initiation of projects for strategic goals, transferring them to the relevant sponsor, monitoring the performance of the projects
- Gathering and consolidating presentations / studies from relevant business units for the review and evaluation of strategic projects, creation and follow-up of discussion platforms needed
- Commissioning the new process applications needed; development and increase productivity
- To ensure that the units and targets are reviewed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and make evaluations
- Evaluating investment choices
