Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree from related departments (Engineering, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics etc.) ,
  
• Strong working knowledge in SQL,
  
• Experience in R and/or Python for deep dives analysis,
  
• Familiarity with predictive models and/or optimization techniques,
  
• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus,
  
• Ability to formulate clear problem statements and hypotheses as well as potential solutions based on data insights,
  
• Effective communication and collaboration skills,  
  
• Curious and eager to learn and improve. 

Basic Functions: 

• Support the development of segment targetings by identifying customer insights, 
• Create customer journeys and automation mappings via Digital marketing communication tools,
• Collect, understand and analyze all requirements and needs, design appropriate solutions and algorithms,
• Use analytical findings to create roadmap initiatives and create key metrics to evaluate and continuously track solution performance and health,
• Constantly improve skills and knowledge on machine learning techniques and data science tools.
