Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics or related disciplines,
• A total of 7 years of work experience, of which 2 years is a manager and 5 years of export, import, shipping and logistics processes experience,
• Interested in international markets,
• Having knowledge of Import & Export and Customs clearance regulations,
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Able to use all MS Office programs very effectively,
• Strong coordination ability, strong communication skills, effective reporting skills,

Job Description:

• To manage and control the export and import (Importer country customs processes) operations,
• Responsible for the execution of export and import (Importer country customs processes) transactions in accordance with customs and foreign trade legislation,
• To ensure coordination and information flow between all departments related to operation process,
• To manage the transportation operations; establishing the necessary connections with transportation companies, following the logistics processes and making necessary improvement studies,
• To control import files and expenses of which customs procedures are completed, related to the works performed under his/her responsibility,
• To monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of foreign trade operations, to make necessary improvements and to report.
