Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, 
• At least 3 years experience in E-Commerce, 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, 
• Strong communication skills, business follow-up and customer-oriented, 
• Strong planning and organization skills, 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, 
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Main Functions:

• Meeting all operational support requests from internal customers and external sources, 
• Following up end-to-end operations in domestic and overseas Marketplace processes including the return process, 
• Preparing and analyzing operational reports, 
• Meeting and responding to requests on time in any matter related to customers' internet store processes.
