Required Qualifications:

• University degree in relevant areas
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in internal audit, retail audit and / or store audit
• Passion and interest in retail and e-commerce, eagerness to develop a career in retail audit field
• Knowledge of audit, risk management and process improvement concepts
• Fluency in English required, both oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps
• Interest and experience in business intelligence (BI) tools
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel, domestic and international

Basic Functions: 

• Performs audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of all online and offline (stores and e-commerce) sales channels. (Both domestic and international)
• Executes audit assignments in an effective and timely manner and provides constructive recommendations to the management to add value to the Company,
• Prepares retail audit reports to Executive Management and the Audit Committee,
• Provides consultancy to the management, takes necessary corrective actions on the open and significant audit issues,
• Follows up the action plan progress and ensures that recommendations are implemented in a timely manner,
• Performs requested ad hoc audits, internal control implementation projects and special investigations.
• Acts as a part of our operational excellence team.
