      Required Qualifications:

 

·         BA Degree in relevant fields,

·         Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in consultancy firms,

·         Analytically minded and adaptable for the new challenges in a problem-solving environment,

·         Perfect leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills,

·         Excellent team player with self motivation and perfect planning skills,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·         Open to work in an intercultural environment with companies & employees in different countries,

·         Good at interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,

·         Perfect knowlegde of MS Office,

·         No military service obligation for male candidates.

 

Main Functions:

 

·         Executing Head Office recruitments for DeFacto HQ,

·         Conduct end to end recruitment processes within a high volume, dynamic environment

·         Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs,

·         Generate a pipeline of candidates through proactive recruitment methods,

·         Maintain relationships with candidates for future openings

·         Recruiting for Management Trainee & Internship programs

·         Preparing quarterly and annualy HR reports.
