Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement,
• Having experience in carrying out tender processes related to products and services, service procurement and contract management,
• Advanced level of English language and preferably Russian or Arabic as a second language,
• Good knowledge of MS Excel applications,
• Able to make effective planning, business track and take initiative,
• Able to make efficient time management and result-oriented,
• Having high persuasion ability, advanced negotiation skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Military service completed for male candidates.

Main Functions:

• Supplier and price research to ensure that the requested goods and services are procured under the most favorable conditions,
• Management of tender and contract / specification processes,
• Investigating alternative suppliers and monitoring procurement processes to minimize costs,
• Conducting studies to evaluate suppliers and improve their performance,
• Performing improvement studies and periodic reporting in order to make operations more efficient,
• Execution of invoice checks and ensuring that invoices are entered into MS Axapta system.
