As we are growing our business and expanding rapidly in Turkey, we are now looking for a Technical Field Service Engineer for Solar Energy Systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supporting Customer on service line, analysing technical issues . Reporting cases by creating CRM and following the created CRMs

2. Maintaining customer relations; Providing technical support, including remote guidance, on-site solution of after-sales problems and needs, to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Continuously monitor the use of products to improve customers' product use.

4. To provide technical support for the promotion of new products. For example, show new product functions, build promotion platform, help sales engineers technical communication with customers.

5. Responsible for products training, installation and application, after-sales problem solving and other related functions.

6. Continuously monitors the quality performance of products and makes suggestions for technical improvements.

Functional skills and competencies:

1. Technical knowledge in Solar Systems / Electrical Engineer is preferred

2. Knowledge in Power Electronics and EPC business is preferred

3. No outside city restriction

4. Eligible for driving car B

5. English mandatory

6. MS Office knowledge mandatory

Requirements:

1. Technical background, university major or technical support .

2. Experience:at least 2 years prefered.

3. Experience in Renewable energy, power electrics and other industries.

4. Background in technical service companies, PV manufacturers, EPC.

5. Proficiency in Turkish is required.
