Job Description

• Analytics Consultants/Senior Consultants will provide technical and analytical support in a consulting environment with the following primary job functions:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant disciplines
• 2-5 years of technical/hands-on experience in delivering data analytical solutions to organizations
• Knowledge of information technology/information management, particularly in business and data analysis, reporting and Business Intelligence design and project implementation life cycle
• Significant exposure to and demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of business and data analysis application of formal methodologies and tools in the analysis, design and implementation of databases, document design and management, hardware and software requirements.
• Familiarity with different database systems, and
• good knowledge database scripting languages (SQL, PL-SQL)
• Understanding of Business Intelligence and data management technologies
• Ability to articulate complex modelling concepts and technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Extensive knowledge of data, databases and their manipulation, data management and data quality management.
• Ability to read and design Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams, data models and understand database design
• Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
• Consistently challenges self to deliver outstanding quality and value

Analytics Consultants / Senior Consultants will provide technical and analytical support in a consulting environment with the following primary job functions:

• Analyze business problems and work within a group environment to build and communicate efficient and effective modelling and data mining solutions
• Demonstrates active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly
• Understand data, data relationships at the table and attribute level and design conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Troubleshoot product and data anomalies and ensure absolute integrity of deliverables.
• Organize and perform unit and integration testing, designing and utilizing test bases; assists users in acceptance testing.
• Manage the backlog of analyses and align priorities with relevant stakeholders.
• Working closely with end users to understand workflows and analytic requirements
• Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
• Ability to analyze trends and technologies and apply insights to assess the impact and value on the business
• Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
