We are seeking qualified Assistant Manager/Manager to join the Business Valuation practice:

Business Valuation Services Assistant Manager/Manager will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
• Minimum 6 years’ of business enterprise and intangible asset valuation experience in a professional services firm, investment bank, securities company, corporate finance house, strategic planning/business development departments of companies
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional analytical, oral and written communication skills with a robust attention for detail
• Ability to take complex analysis and to present and communicate it in a concise and clear manner
• Show initiative to learn, ask questions and accomplish delegated tasks accurately
• Client focus, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships
• Enthusiasm for and ideally, previous exposure to Valuations
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements
• Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make
• Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
• No military obligation for male candidates

Preferred:

• Experience in a professional services firm
• A strong finance background
• Master's degree in Finance
• CFA or ASA credential or candidacy

The Valuations Team within Deloitte Finance Advisory provide advice on all aspects of valuing assets. The type of asset can range from companies, divisions of companies, intellectual property (for example brands or customer relationships) and other income generating assets in Turkey and abroad. Projects transpire wherever there is a question of value, but can broadly be grouped as follows:

• M&A and investment analysis
• Tax, transfer pricing, financial and regulatory reporting, including fund valuations
• Reorganisation, turnaround and recapitalisation
• Litigation, expert determination and disputes
• Intellectual property and intangible assets
