We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated in our Business Valuation Department with the following qualifications;

Required:

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field,
• 5 – 10 years’ of business enterprise and/or intangible asset valuation experience in a professional services firm, investment bank, securities company, corporate finance house, strategic planning/business development departments of companies,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, 
• Exceptional analytical, oral and written communication skills with a robust attention for detail,
• Ability to take complex analysis and to present and communicate it in a concise and clear manner,
• Show initiative to learn, ask questions and accomplish delegated tasks accurately,
• Client focus, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships,
• Enthusiasm for and ideally, previous exposure to Valuations,
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving,
• Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact,
  
• Must be flexible with the potential travel requirements of client service engagements,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Preferred:

• Experience in international disputes, contentious valuations or expert determinations,
• Experience in a Big 4 professional services firm,
• Additional language skills,
• Master's degree in Finance,
• CFA or ASA credential or candidacy.

We are seeking a qualified Manager to join the Business Valuation & Disputes practice:

The Valuations Team within Deloitte Finance Advisory practice provide advice on all aspects of valuing assets. The type of asset can range from companies, divisions of companies, intellectual property (for example brands or customer relationships) and other income generating assets. Projects transpire wherever there is a question of value, but can broadly be grouped as follows:

• M&A and investment analysis,
• Tax, transfer pricing, financial and regulatory reporting, including fund valuations,
• Litigation, expert determination and disputes,
• Reorganisation, turnaround and recapitalisation.

As part of the Business Valuation practice, we provide advisory services in relation to quantification of damage claims in international disputes, contentious valuations, expert determinations, and shareholder disputes. As a member of this practice, you will be involved in highly complex and high-profile international arbitration or legal cases. Working on behalf of corporations, governments and law firms, each case calls for a team of people with relevant expertise and range of forensic, investigative, data analytic and litigation experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of disputes engagements, which will include preparing expert witness reports.
