Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a Audit/ Compliance/ Internal Audit/ Project Management
• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office programmes package (mainly Excel, Word, Power point)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish
• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills   
• Explores opportunities for impact
• Able to work independently whilst contributing to the priorities of the team and the business
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and development
• Able to act as a brand ambassador
• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track

Job Description

• Researching, examining and tracking the potential conflicts and risks
• Supporting domestic and cross-border opportunities of the Firm to ensure compliance withDeloitte’sglobal and localpolicies
• Periodically monitoring the acceptance process of subcontractors and vendors in accordance with the third party due diligence policy
• Ensuring timely and consistent responses
• Ensuring relevant data is properly maintained, timely archived and deleted in accordance withDeloitte’sglobal and localpolicies and local regulations
• Consulting with the team leader regarding specific conflict/risk matters and timely escalating potential risks/conflicts
• Monitoring compliance with Deloitte’s global and local policies
