As a Manager within our Human Capital practice you will also working with clients to understand and shape strategic change and organisational transformation to guide them address complex organisational and people challenges. You will work on some of the people and organisation issues that improve business performance by making contributions to our clients in undertaking complex and diverse projects. 

  

This role will have you work across a range of people related challenges for our clients including:

  

  • Disruptive change: Mergers and restructurings, functional and enterprise transformation programs, organisation design and culture change
  • Capability development: We provide a range of learning and leadership services to improve executive and employee performance
  • HR Transformation: We support clients in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions through operating model and service delivery design, HR programme design, process design, implementation, and alignment with corporate strategy.

 

We are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains / industries and have 8 - 12 years proven experience. Proven experience in at least 6 of the following areas with a focus on “Future of Work” is essential:

 Other Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial), Business Administration or Psychology;
  • Master’s degree in (with Human Capital Management focus or equivalent) will be a plus.
  • High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understands people-related issues and challenges
  • Ability to lead internal and client meetings and manage stakeholders and project team
  • Ability to coach and mentor others, engaging and personable
  • Ability to work effectively in a diversified team; guiding and supporting project team members
  • Experience in a consulting firm is preferred
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish both written and spoken,including presentation skills
  • Proficiency in German or French is a plus
  • Ability to travel within and outside Turkey
  • Actively supports the attraction and development of top talent
  • Supports team members’ development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Provides timely recognition and feedback, while holding people and teams accountable for results
