We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated as Legal Counsel with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in law 
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in an international company or a reputable law firm
• Solid legal notion
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
• Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
• Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

Roles&Responsibilities

• Lead company compliance with Data Privacy regulations and serve as the designated DPO if required,
• Assist on legal matters in connection with Company’s activities more in particular corporate law, contracts and labor law,
• Review and negotiate contracts regarding all matters,
• Draft legal memorandums and provide legal advice to all business units,
• Manage and follow-up external legal counsels especially on Litigation,
• Provide trainings to internal clients mainly on data protection law and contract review policies,
• Support Chief Legal Officer to ensure legal best practice and the efficiency of the legal department.
