We are seeking for a 'Strategy&Operation Senior Consultant' to be evaluated in our Consulting Team with the following qualifications;

Qualifications

·       A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics

·       Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is a plus

·       Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills

·       Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving, diagnosis and structuring skills

·       Ability to lead internal and client meetings and manage stakeholders and project team,ability to design and advise solutions for clients as a Project Manager and strong project management skills

·       Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel

·       Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words, strong communication skills

·       A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a management consulting firm or a leading energy, industrials or manufacturing company

·       Experience in business model development, business transformation, restructuring or post-merger integration, change management and organization design, leading transformation projects

·       Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment

Our Strategy & Operations is currently looking for skilled and experienced team members to join us. The nature of the work varies but your work is likely to involve the following:

·       Providing detailed market analysis utilizing all publicly available data, concluding results, and presenting the findings to Clients with reports and workshops.

·       The role requires both quantitative and qualitative data mining, research, and analysis. Data crunching, advanced analytics, optimization studies, and regulation analysis constitutes major importance.

·       Experience in long term natural gas and electricity market modeling, reporting & conducting workshops, price forecasting studies, CDDs, long term dispatch analysis, and decision support models for strategic investment decisions is a plus.

·       You will be working with clients to understand and shape strategic options ahead of their key investment decisions and perform evidence-led analysis of sectors to identify market development opportunities to support their strategies.

·       The client base will mostly be potential investors including multinational corporations, private equity firms, and investment funds. When your clients prepare for an acquisition or a major investment, you will be helping them tackle a number of key questions.

As a Deloitte Consulting Manager, you will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions. Our Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

• Engagement Management: managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client
• Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy
• Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals
• People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities
• Creates opportunities to drive impact; anticipates client needs and delivers superior results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders
• Establishes a strong leadership brand and inspires followership through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others
