As Deloitte Turkey Tax Function, our aim is to create effective strategies for our clients and provide them with value added services by combining appropriate and applicable solutions by using our local extensive knowledge and global experience on tax and financial legislation.

We are currently looking for Tax Assistant Manager/Manager with the following skills and experience;

• Degree from a 4-years university in Business Administration, Economics, Public Finance, Political Science and Public Administration or a related field,
• Have minimum 8 years of work experience in business tax,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Expertise with MS Office spreadsheet (Excel), word processing (Word), and presentation (PowerPoint) software,
• Holding a SMMM certificate is required, 
• Project management skills including the ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
• Analytical, detail-oriented, process-focused individual, with ability to prioritize and complete assignments, in a timely and accurate manner,
• Highly effective people manager; focus on developing a cohesive team through coaching and mentoring,
• Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders,
•  Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people.

İŞ TANIMI

• To review the compliance of the accounting system in accordance with the Accounting System Application General Communiqués,
• To check the statutory books and documentation in compliance with the Turkish Tax Procedures Code,
• To provide the tax consultancy service for the international and local clients,
• To manage detailed corporate tax calculations and corporate tax exemption by determining tax risks and by making necessary improvements,
• To supervise tax and statutory audits and disputes and prepare compliance reports,
• To advise on tax implications of proposed and planned business initiatives including new business and product opportunities,
• To build strong compliance and reporting foundations and sustainable tax strategies,
• To submit the tax audit report to the tax office.
